Hosting and server logs
We host the website with Vercel Inc. (USA) in the Frankfurt region. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser identifier to deliver the site and block attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation). For transfers to the USA, Vercel relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Both work without cookies and without cross-site profiles; they record aggregated page views and load times. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cart cookies
When you add a product to the cart, we set ps_basket (ID of your Tebex cart, 7 days) and ps_pending (product held during the Cfx.re login, 15 minutes). They are technically necessary for the purchase and contain no personal details.
Purchases via Tebex and login via Cfx.re
Tebex Limited (United Kingdom) handles cart, login, payment and delivery as merchant of record and processes, among other things, your IP address, Cfx.re account and payment data under its own privacy policy. For fraud checks we pass your IP address to Tebex when creating the cart (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Live purchases
After a purchase, Tebex tells us via webhook which product sold. We store only product name and time for up to 30 days with Upstash (EU region) and show them on the home page without names.
YouTube videos
We load videos from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click. Only then does your browser send data to Google Ireland Limited. Before that you see a preview image served by our own server.
Discord
Links to our Discord are plain links. Our server fetches the member count without passing on any of your data.
Connect with Discord
Some products grant the buyer role on our Discord after purchase. For that you log in with Discord (“identify” scope). We only receive your Discord ID, keep it signed for 30 days in the ps_discord cookie in your browser and pass it to Tebex when adding to the cart (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use Discord's access token for this single request only and never store it. The login is provided by Discord Inc. (USA).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and you can complain to a data protection authority.
